The Carroll is a modern residential building in Brooklyn, offering thoughtfully designed homes and a vibrant neighborhood experience. Our goal was to create a website that mirrors the building’s refined aesthetic while making it easy for prospective residents to explore available units, discover amenities, and connect with the surrounding community. The result is a clean, interactive, and mobile-friendly platform that combines architectural elegance with a seamless user journey.

The Carroll’s website translates the building’s refined, contemporary architecture into a clean, intuitive digital experience. Generous white space, modern typography, and thoughtful layouts reflect the property’s sophistication while keeping usability at the forefront. Every page is designed to make exploring The Carroll feel effortless and inspiring.
Exploring Residences in 3D
The availability page is more than a list — it’s an interactive 3D experience. Users can navigate a digital model of the building, select specific floors, and view available units in detail. With interactive floor plans, high-resolution imagery, and key information at a glance, the 3D interface gives visitors a true sense of space and layout before they set foot in the building.
A Seamless Path to Booking
From anywhere on the site, scheduling a tour is quick and intuitive. Clear calls-to-action and integrated booking tools allow users to transition from browsing to reserving a visit without breaking their flow, making the journey from interest to action as smooth as possible.
